If required, you can have the reassurance of 24- hour cover, 365 days of the year. Whichever level you choose, you can be sure that Service Select will provide the optimum after sales care, protecting your investment.
In addition to our Service select contact maintenance we can provide the following services:
- Customer training and technical support for all new and existing systems. Our technical trainers can visit your site and provide users with full training programmes and documentation on all our products. Technical calls are handled by an experienced team of technical staff based at our National Call Centre in Swindon.
- Installation support through our installation project management team ensuring that project are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our customers.
- Risk assessments to advise on areas such as health and safety and the planning of regular maintenance
- System design consultancy with our experienced team of project managers we can help you with your system design and provide consultancy services to support the introduction of new or changes to existing systems.
- We have the experience and capacity of undertaking contracts as main contractor and our skills in Contract Design management will help you through the difficult process of pulling together large scale projects.
